“The app says one size, the brand says another”
Both can be right. A sizing system is a standard; a brand is a house convention, and most brands round to their own. That gap is the reason the app keeps a brand list at all: once you tell Sizes what fits you at a brand, it stops giving you the standard and starts giving you that brand's answer.
“How accurate is measuring a foot from a photograph?”
Good enough to place you within a half size, not good enough to replace a fitting. The app shows its tolerance next to the reading rather than hiding it, because a figure without a tolerance invites more trust than it has earned. If a reading looks wrong, move the two points to the outline itself — that is what decides the number.
“I paid, then reinstalled, and it asks me to pay again”
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore purchases. Your subscription is attached to your Apple Account, not to the installation. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on.
“My free trial did not appear”
Apple allows one trial per subscription group per Apple Account. If you have used it before — even years ago, even on another device — you will be shown the price instead. That rule is Apple's and we cannot lift it.
“How do I cancel?”
On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sizes. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
For a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple takes the payment, so Apple issues the refund.
“Where are my sizes stored?”
On your iPhone, and nowhere else. They travel in your encrypted iPhone backup and arrive on a new phone with it. They are not in an account, so signing in somewhere else will not bring them back — restore from a backup, or add them again.
“Can I keep sizes for my children?”
Yes. Add a person from the profile screen and switch between them from the same place. Every size, pair and measurement belongs to the person who was selected when you saved it.
